How we work
Ten reasons, no adjectives.

- 02Surgery only in licensed operating roomsWe operate in the licensed operating rooms of Q2. Never in a doctor's office.
- 03Always an in-person consultationNo one has surgery or treatment without being examined in person. WhatsApp is for questions and booking, not for diagnosis.
- 04Mandatory pre-op testsIf your test results are not in order, surgery is postponed. No exceptions.
- 05Your plan and quote, in writingProcedure, timing, aftercare and cost, clear from the start.
- 06Every risk, one by oneBefore you decide, we go over the risks with you and you sign an informed consent form.
- 07We know when to say noIf a procedure is not safe or does not make sense for you, we tell you.

Before you decide
Check any clinic.
You have the right to confirm that your surgeon is registered as a specialist and that the facility where you have surgery is licensed. Colombia's Ministry of Health keeps public registries (in Spanish):
